Cedar Shopping Centers, Inc. is a self-managed real estate investment trust focused on supermarket-anchored shopping centers and drug store-anchored convenience centers located predominantly in the Northeast. Since our public offering in October 2003, Cedar has realized significant growth in assets and shareholder value.
We are focused on expanding Cedar's portfolio through development and redevelopment of certain existing centers and development sites, and selective acquisitions that capitalize on our established network of contacts, our in-house capacities and expertise, and our strong relationships with national and local tenants.
